HUKUM MEMAKAI MINYAK WANGI BERALKOHOL
Masih banyak persoalan mengenai hukum memakai minyak wangi atau perfume yang mengandungi alkohol terutamanya untuk dibawa solat. Macam mana untuk meyakinkan isu ini terutama bagi mereka bergama Islam.
Artikel ini akan menerangkan mengenai hukum memakai bauan yang mengandungi alkohol. Jom follow!
Persoalan ini timbul adalah disebabkan kekeliruan tentang arak kerana minuman arak mengandungi alkohol. Istilah alkohol juga digunakan untuk arak sehingga disalah erti oleh masyarakat bahawa alkohol itu arak dan arak itu adalah alkohol. Hakikatnya alkoholik merujuk kepada orang yang ketagihan arak dan secara tidak langsung orang menganggap alkohol sama seperti arak (najis dan haram).
SAH DIBAWA SOLAT ATAU TIDAK?
Secara ringkasnya, bukan semua alkohol adalah najis. Hukumnya adalah HARUS dan SAH dibawa solat. Minyak wangi yang mengandungi alkohol adalah harus kerana pemprosesan alkohol tidak seperti arak dan minuman keras yang lain iaitu dengan cara penapaian.

Bagi menguatkan lagi fakta ini, isu ini dirujuk kepada perbincangan Muzakarah Khas Jawatankuasa Fatwa Majlis Kebangsaan Bagi Hal Ehwal Ugama Islam Malaysia mengenai alkohol dalam makanan, minuman, pewangi dan ubat-ubatan pada 14 hingga 16 Julai 2011, dan telah dipersetujui. Antaranya ialah:
1. Semua minuman arak mengandungi alkohol, tapi tidak semua alkohol adalah arak. Alkohol yang
diperoleh dari proses pembuatan arak adalah najis dan hukumnya adalah haram.
2. Alkohol yang diperoleh bukan dari proses pembuatan arak adalah bukan najis, tetapi haram
diminum kerana ianya racun dan boleh membunuh.
3. Ada juga minuman ringan yang mengandungi alkohol di bawah 1% , dan diproses/dibuat dengan
bukan tujuan menghasilkan arak adalah harus dan boleh diminum.
4. Minuman ringan yang dibuat dengan cara dan niat sama seperti proses membuat arak tidak kira
sama ada kandungan alkohol banyak atau sedikit, atau alkohol yang disuling, adalah haram
diminum.
5. Minuman atau makanan yang mengandungi alkohol secara semulajadi seperti buah-buahan,
kekacang atau bijirin, bukan najis dan boleh dimakan/diminum.
6. Makanan atau minuman yang mengandungi alkohol untuk tujuan penstabilan adalah harus dan
boleh digunakan dengan syarat alkohol itu tidak diproses seperti pembuatan arak dan
kandungan alkohol tidak memabukkan dan kurang dari 0.5%
7. Pewangi atau ubat-ubatan yang mengandungi alkohol bertujuan sebagai pelarut adalah
dimaafkan. Hukumnya harus dan bukan najis sekiranya alkohol itu diambil bukan dari proses
pembuatan arak.
Contoh proses mengestrak minyak wangi
Tuntasnya, semua alkohol yang BUKAN DARI PROSES PEMBUATAN arak adalah diharuskan penggunaannya. Sebagai contoh, penggunaan alkohol dalam kosmetik atau wangian tidak memabukkan sama sekali. Namun,minuman arak DIHARAMKAN kerana ia boleh memabukkan dan hilang kewarasan akal juga menjejaskan kesihatan.
Seperti yang kita sedia tahu, memakai wangian adalah sunah Rasulullah bagi kaum lelaki. Namun, tidak menjadi satu larangan bagi kaum wanita untuk memakai wangian tetapi apa yang dilarang adalah wangian dipakai sehingga dapat dihidu oleh orang sekeliling terutama lelaki yang bukan mahram.
Islam itu mudah dan sekiranya masih ragu-ragu, tidak perlu memaksa diri untuk memakainya meski hukumnya HARUS. Terima kasih sudi baca coretan kami dan selamat beramal!
